Keepward is a one-key buff addon for World of Warcraft: Forever (interface 16001, beta 1.60.1). Press one hotkey, or click the button, and it casts the next missing buff on you, your party, or your raid.
What it does
- Finds the next missing class buff, blessing, shout, aspect, armor, seal, aura, or weapon imbue.
- Reads your spellbook. It will not try a spell you have not learned.
- Picks the highest rank you know that the target is high enough level to receive. A level 12 gets Mark of the Wild rank 2, not rank 7.
- Uses Gift of the Wild, Arcane Brilliance, Prayers, and Greater Blessings when enough people are missing them. If the reagent is missing, it uses the normal single-target spell instead.
- Skips people who are out of range and moves on to the next person.
- Solo and Group lists. The starred button is the one you are in. The bright button is the list you are editing.
- Buff other players can be turned off when someone else is already covering the party. Keepward then only buffs you.
- Skip a person with the checkbox, or /kw skip Name and /kw unskip Name.
- Food, flasks, elixirs, stones, and oils. Food is used only when Well Fed is actually missing. One scroll will not eat a second piece, and it will not eat again while you are still sitting.
- Poisons, oils, stones, and shaman imbues can be set to Both, Main, or Off. An enchant already on the weapon is not replaced. Shields are skipped.
- When combat ends, Keepward puts back the ticked buff you had on at the pull (seals, auras, aspects, armor, blessings, tracking). If that buff is already on you, it does not cast it again.
- Default hotkey is Mouse Wheel Down. The camera still zooms. Click-casts the Keepward button, so it is a real player keypress.
- Out of combat only. Forever hides aura details during fights, so Keepward does not nag or recast in combat.
Warrior, Paladin, Hunter, Rogue, Priest, Shaman, Mage, Warlock, Druid. Blessing of Kings and Divine Spirit are treated as baseline. Tracking (Find Herbs / Find Minerals) is optional.
Getting started
1. Install with the CurseForge app, or drop the Keepward folder into World of Warcraft\_classic_beta_\Interface\AddOns\ (some installs use the Forever / retail AddOns folder instead).
2. Fully restart the client. A /reload will not pick up a brand-new addon.
3. Enable Keepward on the character-select AddOns list. If it says out of date, tick Load out of date AddOns.
4. In game, type /kw. Default hotkey is Mouse Wheel Down. Click Set hotkey, or type /kw bind, then press a key or scroll the wheel.

Minimap button: left-click opens options, right-click toggles the addon. Drag the action button to move it. /kw reset puts it back.
