The Quake debuff will explode in 0.9s, this spell will never finish because it's going to be interrupted, so the addon displays alert and you should stop casting right now.
Type /qa or /quakeassist to bring up this option page.
The spell will finish before Quake explodes, it's safe to keep casting.
