Pylos Ranks

Replaces the spells on your action bars with the highest rank you know, while leaving the ranks you blacklist alone.
Gray when every bar is up to date, glowing when an old rank is still on a bar. Left-click to update, right-click for options.
Drop a lower rank on a bar yourself and Pylos Ranks asks first instead of overwriting it. Keep puts that rank on the blacklist.
Your known spells on the left, the blacklist on the right. Click to blacklist a rank, Shift-click for all ranks of a spell. The blacklist is per character.
Blacklisted spells get a short line in their tooltip, in a color you choose, so you remember why the old rank is still on your bar.
