- Added same-faction arena handling so normal messages stay readable when fighting your own faction
### World PvP
- Automatic chat messages remain disabled in world PvP( blizz doesn't allow)
- Automatic emotes and screenshots can now still trigger in world PvP
- Manual translation commands continue to work anywhere
