Added button "send all tactics to chat"
Added delay when "sending to chat" to avoid overlapping messages.
Added Addon Menu under "Menu > Options > Addons > PVEtactics"
Added "Reset button position" in addon menu (in case it disapears under an action bar or out of the screen)
