PTGForever

0.4.0 - Easy hand-overs

• Trade the person you promised an item to and PTG puts it in the trade window for you
• At a mailbox, a "Guild loot to send" panel lists what you owe; click Prepare and PTG fills in the name, subject and item - just press Send
• Items are marked as delivered automatically once the trade completes or the mail is sent, and the receiver gets an "It's in the mail!" toast
• Both helpers can be switched off in Settings under "Handing out loot"
• Guild Needs with a quantity (e.g. 20x Linen Cloth) can now be shared: say how many you'll send, and everyone sees a progress bar with how many are still needed
• Your pledged items go into trades and the mailbox helper too, and show as "mailed" or "sent" once handed over
• The requester thanks each helper for their share, and the request closes itself once everything has arrived
• Full support for Forever's first and last names: syncing, whispers, invites, trades, tooltips and mail all use the full "First Surname"
