Adds rare tracking, Hunt Mode integration, encounter guidance, routing and legacy-content support across the **Dragon Isles** and later Dragonflight outdoor zones.

Requires the main **PSW Hunt for the Rares** addon.

## Hunt Mode

Supported Dragonflight rares can participate in HFTR's built-in Hunt Mode.

Hunt Mode can:

- guide you toward eligible remaining rares
- skip completed or unavailable targets
- use HFTR's built-in navigation arrow
- work without TomTom
- respect daily and special encounter behavior
- provide activation and summon guidance
- handle multi-location and special-access encounters

Live detection remains authoritative whenever a rare is actually present.

## Dragonflight Encounter Types

Dragonflight contains several distinct rare systems.

The module accounts for mechanics including:

- ordinary daily rares
- scheduled Dragon Isles rares
- summoned encounters
- profession-summoned Forbidden Reach rares
- fishing and interaction-based summons
- Zaralek Cavern rotating rare groups
- Emerald Dream event and activation rares
- multi-location rares
- interior and multi-stage routes
- special legacy encounter states

These systems are not treated as one generic rare model.

## Forbidden Reach Profession Rares

The Forbidden Reach includes profession-related rares summoned through Artisan Curio interactions.

HFTR identifies these as **summoned encounters** rather than normal world spawns.

Supported profession rare categories include:

- Alchemy
- Blacksmithing
- Cooking
- Enchanting
- Engineering
- Inscription
- Jewelcrafting
- Leatherworking
- Tailoring
- Fishing
- Herbalism
- Mining
- Skinning

A rare detected in the world is immediately treated as present regardless of who summoned it.

## Zaralek Cavern

Zaralek Cavern uses a rotating subzone rare system.

HFTR stores the rare group information separately from ordinary completion tracking so the system can represent Dragonflight's historical rotation without forcing unreliable availability guesses.

Live rare detection always overrides predicted legacy state.

## Emerald Dream

Emerald Dream rares use strong daily completion signals and include a mixture of ordinary rares, event-driven encounters and special activation mechanics.

HFTR tracks supported daily completion while keeping activation-specific encounters separate from ordinary world-spawn logic.

## Legacy Accuracy

Dragonflight is a legacy retrofit expansion module.

HFTR uses verified quest flags, maintained game data and documented encounter mechanics wherever practical.

Some historical rotation or availability systems cannot always be reconstructed perfectly years later. Where exact state is uncertain, HFTR uses conservative fallback behavior rather than inventing timers or availability rules.

A small number of unresolved encounters may be eligible for optional Rare Research so later releases can improve their behavior from real technical observations.

## Current Release Status

**Dragonflight v0.1.0 is the first public Dragonflight expansion release for HFTR.**

The initial release provides broad rare coverage across Dragonflight's major outdoor zones and includes support for several expansion-specific encounter systems.

As a legacy expansion, occasional historical edge cases may still require refinement, but uncertain mechanics are deliberately isolated so they do not weaken the rest of the module.
