Carnival - Hunter Trap Warning

Attempts to warn players when hunters drop traps, works
for both alliance and horde and does'nt matter which faction
your target is. Will only work for your target, and will only
work with level 60 hunters, as the mana cost of traps changes
as they level.

THIS IS NOT 100% ACCURATE, IT WILL SOMETIMES TRIGGER
ON OTHER SPELLS. These would be Hunter's Mark and Aspect
of the Pack. For the time being just deal with it and live with
the false positives.

Upon a hunter dropping a trap the addon will display a visual
message and an audio sound will trigger so that hopefully you
don't go tearing into the trap ;P
