Makes the Minimap Buttons draggable around the minimap with adjustable angle.
Control-Drag to change angle.
Control-Right-Click to bring up menu.
Menu: Reset, Reset All.

Optionally uses Khaos for GUI.
This version is standalone with embedded SeaHooks and SeaPrint.
