v1.1.2 - faction-aware reagent feedback

- Items whose recipes are all locked to the other faction now show a
  blue "Alliance only" / red "Horde only" tag instead of nothing
- The per-profession only-learned filter trims the recipe list only;
  the header accumulated range and +N more count include unlearned
  recipes (the range describes what is generally possible)
- Header + range shown even when the filter leaves zero recipe lines

    Faction tag instead of "no skillups" for other-faction-only reagents

    Items whose recipes all belong to the other faction now show a blue
    "Alliance only" / red "Horde only" tag (localized faction names) instead
    of the generic gray line.

    Never stay silent on a real reagent; only-learned trims lines only

    - Items whose recipes are all faction-locked for this character now show
      the gray "no skillups" line instead of nothing (e.g. Small Spider Leg /
      Kaldorei Spider Kabob on Horde)
    - The per-profession only-learned filter now only trims the recipe list;
      the header accumulated range and the "+N more" count still include
      unlearned recipes (the range describes what is generally possible)
    - Header + range are shown even when the filter leaves zero lines
