Profession Era Bar

• Added a profession expansion bar beside the Retail Professions window for one-click era switching.
• Highlighted the selected era and dimmed eras not learned for the current profession.
• Added skill and available specialization point details to era tooltips.
• Kept the bar available in Recipes and Specializations, with automatic placement on the side of the window with room.
• Added an hourglass launcher to open either primary profession. It can be moved, resized, and locked, with its settings saved between sessions.
