New: sort options for the cooldown window

You can now choose how the cooldown window is sorted:

• Remaining time (default) – cooldowns that are ready come first, as before.
• Character – all cooldowns of a character are listed together, sorted by character name.
• Cooldown – all characters with the same cooldown are listed together, e.g. all Transmutes, then all Mooncloth.

Within a character or a cooldown, rows are still sorted by remaining time.

How to change it:

• In the options menu (/pctf config) under Display → Sort by
• Or with the slash command /pctf sort time, /pctf sort char or /pctf sort type

Your current sorting stays the same after the update. The window keeps sorting by remaining time until you pick something else.
