• Changed: tooltips now show how much of the time a proc's buff is up, like 18% uptime, using your current haste and crit.
• New: buffs whose applications overlap show how many are up on average, like 5.0 avg stacks.
• New: a Show proc rate option adds procs per minute, chance on hit, cooldown and buff length back to the line. /procrate now opens the options.
• Procs with no buff to time, like damage procs, still show their rate.
• Fixed: cantrip armor from Kith'ix and earlier raids now shows its proc wherever the item appears, not only on some links.
