A small follow-up with two community-reported-and-fixed bugs.

Fixed

• Fixed the default prey icon's "recently shown" fallback signal going permanently dead after 4.0.3's taint fix removed the hook that used to feed it, silently weakening one edge case of the bar's zone-visibility detection. Restored by feeding it from the other, already taint-safe hook instead. Thanks to MetaTheDruid for both finding this and suggesting the exact fix.
• Fixed a Hunt Scanner achievement-matching helper that had been silently returning no results at all, ever, since it was built — a missing value in how it read one of Blizzard's own API responses meant it was reading the wrong piece of data. Thanks to MetaTheDruid for both finding this and correcting it.
