A safety fix for the Settings window itself.

Fixed

• Removed Blizzard's own "Defaults" button from every Preydator settings category (General, Bar Display, Sound & Alerts, Hunt Scanner). That button offered a choice between resetting just the current screen or "All Settings" — and "All Settings" resets every other addon's settings and Blizzard's own game settings too, with no way for any addon to narrow or prevent that. Preydator no longer registers anything through the system that put that button there, so it can no longer appear on, or affect, any Preydator screen.
• Fixed the Advanced settings tab running off the bottom of the panel with a lot of wasted empty space between rows — it now scrolls properly and the spacing is tightened up.
• Restored General/Bar Display/Sound & Alerts/Hunt Scanner's dropdown menus and row spacing to look and feel like 4.0.0's original settings screens, after removing the Defaults button changed how those controls had to be built.
