• Added an idle-off runtime mode for core prey tracking events. With no active prey quest, Preydator now unregisters prey runtime event listeners and keeps only bootstrap/quest-accept detection active until a live prey quest exists.
• Reduced CurrencyTracker idle event subscriptions to loot-only refresh on its dedicated event frame.

Fixed

• Fixed an Echo of Predation nameplate taint path in restricted instances introduced in 2.2.0. Nameplate Echo processing is now blocked unless prey runtime is active and context-valid.
• Hardened debug slash handlers (/pd huntdebug, /pd inspect) to fail closed in restricted instances instead of running broad snapshot/inspect reads. These paths were exposed by the expanded slash-command surface added in 2.2.0.
