Postmark 0.2.0

• Mail waiting on your other characters. Postmark writes down what each character had the last time it stood at a mailbox, and a line in the bottom corner tells you who has mail and who is running out of time. A click on a name starts a mail to them, and /postmark mail opens the list anywhere.
• A minimap button, off to begin with, that opens the same list. A dot on it when a character's mail is running out.
• The Send button now reads on two lines, a calm Send with what will happen under it.
• Cosmetic items wear the same corner mark as in the game's own mailbox, in the list, the reading pane and the attachment slots.
• The button for a kind of mail, Sold or Won and the rest, was never painted while it was on, so nothing showed that the list was filtered. Fixed.
• Softer marking on the settings rows.
