Full Changelog

• Don't attempt to sync item keys when key processing turned off
• Remove ghost count options (as they are no longer useful for sniping)
• Automated key database generation.
  Run a blank scan for 1 round, then navigate away from the Sniping tab to
  cause the database to sync the latest keys.
  Alternatively run:
  /run PointBlankSniper.ItemKeyCache.MergeKeys()
  However when the unprocessed keys reaches 20k it will run the
  above function automatically.
