• Added a plate border option that keeps your nameplate's own black border visible on top of your colors, instead of your rule painting over it. On by default (@Bottom of Health Coloring tab -> Plate Border).
• Fixed a rounding gap at the health-percentage edge that could show a sliver of the bar's default color, especially on single-debuff rules.
• Fixed blurry/misaligned border pixels at certain UI scales. (W.I.P)
