Piggle 1.0.4 - Play with a controller

Restart the game after updating (new files). A /reload is not enough.

- Play with a controller (the game's controller support or ConsolePort): the d-pad aims (held, it keeps
  turning), the bumpers fine-tune by half a degree, A launches, X arms the next power that has a charge, B or
  Start pauses. Moving the mouse takes the aim back. The screens work with the d-pad and A; the how-to names
  the controller's buttons.
- Place things with the controller: the minimap button. NetherSuite > Settings > Behaviour > "Place things
  with the controller" (or its key binding): the d-pad moves the highlighted piece (a minimap button turns
  round the minimap), the bumpers go to the next one, X switches big and small steps, Y sizes what can be
  sized, A keeps it, B puts it back.
