Picky Pockets

• Fixed items being reported several time and sometimes not picked up in large groups of enemies. (for real this time... hopefully)
• Missing Mogs Filter will no longer loot missing transmogs that cannot be learned by the player. (ie: classbound and soulbound)
• Missing Mogs Filter will no longer skip missing transmogs if you've learned an alternate version of the item.
• Added a welcome tutorial explaining how the add-on works. It will not popup again after it's been seen once.
• Changed the List Entry "-" Button to a trash can icon.

The Transmog filter still seems to improperly ignore items very rarely, but so rarely that it's hard to bug test for. In the few cases I did see this happen a simple /reload fixed it.

The false item reports/items not being looted in large groups bug should actually be fixed now but it's also rare and therefore hard to test for. Will keep testing this and update accordingly.
