Picky Pockets

This one is a bit rushed, but it had some big features I wanted to get out and I haven't been able to find any more bugs. I'll probably release a follow up with some minor additions shortly after!

• Updated to latest WoW version
• Added the new "Loot Feed" UI, this replaces the old special loot popups as well as adds extra functionality for all looted items.
• Added loot filters for Currencies and Toys. Like the mounts and companions, They're pretty barebones right now, but I'd still like to expand on it in the future.
• Fixed a bug with the Relative Item Level Filter that caused the addon to fail with trinkets or rings.
• Fixed an oversight which required the custom loot messages to be enabled in order for "Special Loot" toasts to function.
• Increased the brightness on the various settings icons to make them more easily legible.
• Fixed a very embarrassing bug that would cause the addon to break if any preset other then the last was deleted.
• Rewrote some of the code in relation to chat messages, may have fixed weird edge case issues. Shouldnt change anything user side.
