Updated for the latest patch (interface 120007)

• Reworked to support Blizzard's rewritten Personal Resource Display
• Class frame scaling and offset work again; Death Knight rune cooldown text restored
• Show Conditions works again — it now requires the display's Edit Mode "Visible Setting" to be "In Combat" (replaces the old "Only Show In Combat")
• Health and power bars now respect Edit Mode's separate "Hide Health" and "Hide Power" settings

• Power and Class Resource visibility thresholds are now saved per specialization, so one profile can cover every class and spec
• Added per-bar options to hide the border and background behind the health, power and alternate power bars
• The Display Scale slider now adjusts in 0.5% steps for finer control

Fixes

• Death Knight rune threshold now updates correctly out of combat
• The read-only Edit Mode mirror is split into "Hide Health Bar" and "Hide Power Bar" to match the new Edit Mode settings
