Fixed one issue which caused the AddOn to interfere with certain WoW interface settings, e.g extra action bars being automatically toggled off upon login

Fixed one issue which caused the "Hide while OOC" setting not to persist through logout

Added a slider to customize the value of opacity while out of combat. Value can now range from 0 to 0.6, at will

Added a feature which automatically lowers the opacity of the settings tab when interacting with the sliders, allowing the PRD frame to be more easiliy customized even when the strata is set to "BACKGROUND"

Added the current value of each slider above the respective frame
