Nameplates

• Spread plates: new choice under Behaviour: None, Enemies, Friends or Both. Plates that would overlap are moved apart, one above the other, so none covers another (Blizzard's "Stack Nameplates" from the game's options). A change in the game's options shows here too, and the setting goes along with a profile export.
• Click through enemy plates: works now. Clicks on an enemy plate go to the world behind it.
• Whole plate clickable: with click through off, wide plates can be clicked on their whole width; before only the middle part reacted. Blizzard's plate behind the bars now has the same size as them, also for your larger target and at any distance, so spreading keeps the right room too.
• Height above the unit: new setting under Behaviour that moves the plates up or down over the units.
