Raid frames
- Readable names: names are white in a clean narrow font with a thin outline, so they stay readable on light bars like a priest's white and on low health. Health text and DEAD / OFFLINE get a solid black shadow.
- Name look: new choice under Raid display > Text: Narrow, Outline, Shadow or Glow, applied right away and in the preview.
Action bars
- No ghost icons in combat: the icons now come straight from the game, also in combat and in battlegrounds. An action taken off a slot can no longer come back as an icon that does nothing.
