v1.5.0 — Export to TSM & Auctionator, UI fixes

New

• Export to TradeSkillMaster — new "Export > TSM" button generates a i:XXXXX;i:XXXXX Shopping string for all missing materials from your checked orders. Paste it directly into TSM → Shopping → Custom Search to scan the AH instantly.
• Export to Auctionator — new "Export > Auctionator" button generates a plain item-name list (one per line) compatible with Auctionator's Shopping List importer. Both exports respect your checkbox selection, so unchecking orders before exporting lets you shop for a subset.
• Both export buttons open a popup with the string pre-selected — Ctrl+C to copy, or click "Select All" to re-highlight.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed: title "Patron Orders - Materials" misaligned inside its banner
• Fixed: grey bar overlapping the instruction text
