PallyMe 0.3.2

Fixed the remaining Blessing bar refresh issue during combat. Forever uses character surnames, and PallyMe was matching your successful cast against the wrong name format. It now uses the full name supplied by the game, so a confirmed Blessing cast on yourself can immediately refresh your bar.

This update also includes the earlier buff-tracking improvements: confirmed self-casts, recovery from delayed buff updates, and keeping other Paladins' Blessings separate from your own timer. Seal and Aura behavior, appearance, layout and saved settings are preserved.
