PallyMe

Customizable Aura, Blessing and Seal bars for WoW Forever Paladins, with clickable icons and guidance for your build, role and activity.

PallyMe

Aura, Blessing and Seal guidance for World of Warcraft Forever, with a display you can make your own.

PallyMe helps you choose and maintain your Aura, Blessing and Seal as your build, role and activity change. Three compact, clickable icons pair with thin countdown bars. Choose animated tarnished gold with flowing white and gold light, or a quiet Basic style with a flat fill and subtle frame. Gentle expiry cues help you keep buffs active; Living Gold also offers an optional holy-fire Seal streak. See what is active, what needs refreshing and which spells suit your situation, while keeping your view of the battle clear.

Make it fit your UI

The options below are available in PallyMe 0.3.0 and later.

Prefer a simple bar? Love the gold and holy-fire effects? Open /pallyme and choose the look and layout that feel right for you.

  • Appearance > Bars: choose Basic for a subtle style without decorative light or fire, or Living Gold for the animated Paladin look. Your existing appearance is preserved when you update.
  • Textures and color: choose Flat, Classic WoW or Gold gradient. Flat fills have a native color picker, and the bar border can be shown or hidden. Expiry warnings still turn amber.
  • Longer bars: the Layout page lets stacked bars reach 1,000 UI units in width. Adjust overall scale, icon size and bar height separately; the horizontal strip keeps its compact width proportion.
  • Your arrangement: use Compact stack or Icon strip, move the whole display, or enable Position Aura, Blessing and Seal independently. Clear Lock position directly below it to see labeled cyan editing guides, including missing buffs. Drag a guide to move its icon, bar and text together; Shift-drag moves the group. Lock again when finished.
  • Icons and text: use native WoW spell icons or gold symbols. Show or hide names/time, and choose Game default, Friz Quadrata, Arial Narrow, Morpheus or Skurri for the small captions.
  • Keep only what you need: hide any complete Aura, Blessing or Seal row, or hide the whole UI outside combat. Automatic layouts close the gaps; independently positioned rows stay where you put them.
  • Light, motion and sound: adjust Living Gold's glow intensity, reduce animation, toggle holy fire and choose a different reminder sound for each buff.
  • Room to experiment: reset just the positions, or confirm a full reset of this character's PallyMe settings.

Advice for what you are doing

  • Automatic activity recognizes solo play, groups/dungeons and battlegrounds/arenas. Choose PvP manually for outdoor PvP.
  • Recommendations consider your learned spells, current build, equipment, effective stats and buffs on your character.
  • Group advice respects your assigned Tank, Damage or Healing role. If no role is assigned, choose one in the settings. Solo advice follows your own build.
  • Other Paladins' Blessings and Auras on you can inform a complementary recommendation. Your personal countdown still tracks only your own buff.
  • Keep automatic advice or pin your preferred Aura, Blessing and Seal. Solo, Group and PvP choices save separately.

Small display, clear reminders

  • Native WoW spell icons or compact gold symbols; native icons follow your currently applied personal buffs.
  • Click icons to apply the prepared spells to yourself, including with a dead or hostile target selected. The addon never casts automatically.
  • Your active Aura has a sustained light bar. Blessing and Seal bars drain with their durations and disappear when those buffs are missing; the icons remain available.
  • Missing buffs dim their icons with a gold slash. In combat, a smooth red-gold heartbeat adds urgency.
  • Choose different reminder sounds for Aura, Blessing and Seal, with individual sound tests. Reminder sounds are quiet on login and reload by default; initial missing-buff alarms can be enabled separately.
  • Continuous Seal uptime can ignite a decorative holy-fire streak. Its threshold is configurable from 1 to 10 full Seal durations, defaulting to 2.
  • Use the optional minimap button, native numbered addon menu or right-click the HUD to open settings.

Getting started

Install the PallyMe folder, then type /pallyme or click its gold hourglass minimap button. New installations start centered on the screen. Unlock under Layout to move it, then enable Lock position to cast from icons outside combat. Optional keybindings are in WoW's Key Bindings settings.

PallyMe works on its own, with settings saved separately for each character. A welcome in chat on login and reload shows your running version and reminds you how to open settings.

Compatibility and scope

For WoW Forever 1.60.1, interface 16001. Developed and checked on build 70450. This package is not for Retail or Classic Era. Automatic Blessing scoring and some restricted-data fallback parsing currently require English tooltips.

Advice uses explainable rules; it is not a damage simulator or a guarantee of the optimal choice for every encounter. Automatic Auras cover Devotion, Retribution and Concentration; resistance Auras remain manual encounter choices. Whole-raid coordination and separate Judgement tracking are not included.

During combat, WoW keeps prepared spell-button choices fixed. Buff tracking and native icon artwork continue updating; recommendations and click actions can change again after combat. The displayed current buff and prepared click spell may differ—enable tooltips to see both.

Thank you for giving PallyMe a place in your UI! Player feedback helped shape these options, and we'd love to hear how they work for you. If something goes wrong, please include your addon version, Forever client build and the steps that reproduce it.
