Paladin BlessingWatch

Fix: clicking your blessing icon

Fixes the blessing icon sometimes refusing to reapply your own active blessing even with click-to-cast enabled.

Forever can identify a blessing as yours while omitting its caster token. BlessingWatch now recognizes that ownership instead of labeling your buff "Already supplied" and disabling the icon. This also keeps your expiry reminders and readable combat refreshes associated with the correct blessing.

Existing appearance, position, scale and casting preferences are preserved. Protection for blessings supplied by another Paladin and temporary utility blessings remains in place.

Validated with 81 automated checks and an in-game Kings recast on Forever 1.60.1 build 70450 (interface 16001). The live click refreshed the native timer to 60 minutes and refilled the addon bar.
