Pa'ku Totems

Show Pa'ku totems on maps and show destination in tooltip.

Shows destination of a Totem of Pa'ku on the tooltip when you mouseover it. Let me know if there are any addons that interfere with the display of this. It also adds icons to the world map and minimap. I plan to add toggles for those if required and perhaps mouseover for those icons to display route information.
