9.9.40

Front entry and panel synchronization

  • Prevent the panel from restarting spectator timers or scheduling another front-entry check while front activation is still completing.
  • Guard spectator synchronization requests when the sync sender is unavailable, avoiding the reported nil-function error at UI.lua:4727. Periodic requests resume when the sender becomes available.
  • This fix does not restore missing addon files. If synchronization still fails after updating, the installation and first login error need to be checked.

Validation

  • Add Lua regression coverage for front entry, an unavailable sync sender, recovery, repeated panel opens and timer shutdown.
