Description

The realm is not won in a dungeon. It is won on the road, at the crossroads, on the hill where your faction raises its banner.

Overlord is a PvP addon for WoW's open world: living war fronts where every zone matters, where Horde and Alliance push their lines, and where your deeds sync between players like a real battlefield. Enable War Mode. Without it, the banner does not answer.

Fronts that breathe

Three war-torn territories: Arathi Highlands, Gilneas, and Loch Modan. A map to conquer, with branching paths, strategic locks, and several objectives open at once ! Hold the circle and the timer advances. Step outside and the line falls back. Enemies in the zone contest the capture: numbers matter, courage too.

The world map becomes your war table: control circles, paths between zones, pins on the minimap. The Overlord panel and Next objective HUD point the way. The zone indicator (/ov where) reminds you where to carry the standard. A built-in tutorial (book icon) for new champions.

A war shared

What you see, your allies must see. Overlord syncs front state between players (party, raid, realm channel). For cross-faction and cross-realm coverage fit for a true campaign, join your regional Overlord Battle.net community. It is the thread that binds scattered banners across shards.

The shard badge shows who fights on another layer. A click can pull them to your rank. /ov sync requests a catch-up when the battle has outpaced your client.

Gold, wood, and domination

War has a cost.

Gold mines (Hillsbrad, Silverpine, Loch Modan): stand in the circle or mine the ore, gold accumulates. Spend it to strike faster or reinforce your lines when the enemy closes in. If a foe digs in your mine, the whole faction hears the alarm.

Forests (Wetlands): wood feeds the campaign. Invest it to push your faction's weekly domination. Each week, the domination bar tells who holds the world.

Capital sieges

Enemy capitals are not taken in a flash: eight minutes of siege under pressure. Retaking your own is three minutes of discipline. Conquering an entire front brings a fifteen-minute truce, then the map resets for another round. The victor earns a domination bonus. Total victory. Not a notification, a moment.

Guild Keeps

Beyond the three fronts, four keeps await their lord: Ashenvale, The Wetlands, Badlands, and Echo Isles. Each evening a siege window opens. Your guild must hold the square for fifteen minutes or the keep goes to the foe. Leaving the square or being contested pushes the timer back. Capture or defense counts toward the guild keep rankings. Rally your warriors before the horn sounds.

After the battle

The leaderboard honors killers and capturers. Check PvP export carries your campaign abroad. The battle report sums the clash. The faction call sounds the war horn when the front is threatened and enemies are near.
