Guild Outposts
- Prevent the current Outpost holder from appearing with 0 captures: an accepted canonical held state now establishes a monotone minimum of 1 capture for that guild.
- Preserve richer synchronized totals in every packet order; repeated Outpost heartbeats never add another capture, while later LOC or OC evidence can still raise the total.
Performance and reliability
- Repair the missing minimum with one O(1) row lookup and no new timer, scan, retry loop, or network packet.
Recommended after updating
/reloadafter updating.
