Sync convergence, login map truth, and event performance

Fixed

  • Capital capture catch-up: A fresh ZA snapshot with a newer capturedTime can now confirm a capital that was stuck as in_progress after the observer missed C, ZS captured, or TV.
  • Login map truth: Zones restored from SavedVariables now render as provisional sync state on the world map until the first network snapshot confirms them, instead of looking like final ownership.
  • Community target coverage: Community whispers now rotate targets for normal sends as well as critical sends, improving cross-faction recovery without increasing the per-send cap.
  • Guild keep network budget: GC, forced GK, WB, and one-hop guild keep relays now use smaller bounded target sets to avoid large whisper bursts during mass events.
  • SR leaderboard recovery: Large-event SR responses keep the highest rows but rotate additional LK and LC rows so non-top players eventually converge for display and export.
  • Leaderboard capture guard: LC now uses the same local alt-realm rejection guard as synced kill metadata, avoiding same-name cross-realm pollution.
  • Official capturer in SR: ZS in_progress snapshots sent as SR replies only name the local player when this client has local hold authority.

Performance

  • Removed the extra ZS payload parse and string.format allocation in the hot receive path.
  • World map path updates now recolor existing dotted paths when only ownership changes, instead of rebuilding geometry every content refresh.
  • The capture HUD active-zone cache no longer allocates a formatted position string every tick.

Unchanged

  • C and ZS captured remain critical on the primary channel/group path.
  • Minimap polling and minimap update intervals are unchanged.
  • BNet outbound remains disabled and observer clients still do not locally promote captures without network proof.

Recommended after updating

  • /reload after updating.
  • If the map still looks stale after login, wait for the sync banner to clear or run /ov sync.
