Cross-shard capture — disk entry invite popup

Added

• Disk entry alert: when you step into a capture circle where an enemy is progressing on a different layer (shard), Overlord opens a centered invite popup for the ZS relay capturer (including RP / cross-realm names not yet in local shard sync, shown as #?).
• Party invite from popup: left-click sends the usual Overlord whisper plus a group invite, including cross-faction targets, to pull them onto your shard.
• Manual shard list unchanged: the shard badge popup still lists all synced players on another layer; only the auto disk-entry flow is capturer-focused.
• Locales: new zone-entry popup strings in EN, FR, ES, and DE.

Fixed

• Auto popup no longer suggested same-shard synced players; strict capturer matching avoids first-name false positives.
• Zone-entry popup layout (word wrap, title spacing) and leaderboard-style wheel scroll (no permanent Blizzard scroll bar on short lists).
• Accidental click outside no longer dismisses the auto disk-entry popup (Close, X, or Escape still work).

Unchanged

• Sync protocol, ZS payloads, capture authority, domination, login catch-up SR, and community pools from 6.3.17.
• Minimap polling and BNet outbound settings.

Recommended after updating

• /reload after updating.
• On Normal realms, enter the enemy capture disk while solo (not in a group) to get the invite prompt when sync reports a cross-layer capturer.
