Simply adds a slider to configure a mouse movement deadzone for when opie's quick actions are in effect.
Simply adds a slider to configure a mouse movement deadzone for when you are using quick actions in OPie, such as "unmoved cursor". Useful for when you are using quick action wheels that open at center screen and the like.
Lightweight and, hopefully, update proof.
