Fixed: a new WoW "Secret Values" system (introduced in the Midnight 12.0 patch) could throw Lua errors when the addon's quest-scanning code encountered certain protected text (e.g. NPC name tags). Added proper guards throughout so the addon safely skips any text it isn't allowed to inspect instead of erroring.

Fixed: toggling the addon or Dossier Mode/title reflavoring off didn't actually revert already-changed quest headers and titles back to their original text - they could stay stuck showing the addon's tags indefinitely. Disabling any of these now immediately restores the original wording.

Removed: the small corner note ("Trust no one.", "Burn after reading.", etc.) that used to appear near the bottom-right of the screen during quest dialogs. Removed per feedback - it was landing in an intrusive spot near the action bars.

Fixed: several dictionary word-swaps produced broken or confusing grammar in certain sentences - "report to X" becoming "brief HQ to X", "take"/"give" breaking on their many idiomatic uses ("take down", "give up", etc.), and "destroy" -> "sanction" reading as ambiguous (sanction can mean either "approve" or "punish"). Reworded or removed the affected dictionary entries.
