• Fixed target buff/debuff cooldown timers jumping every few seconds.
• Fixed conflict between Blizzard's native aura countdown and GODMODE timers.
• GODMODE is now the single authoritative timer for TargetFrame buffs and debuffs.
• Prevented Blizzard countdown numbers from being re-enabled when aura frames refresh.
• Added protection against later cooldown updates restoring Blizzard's timer.
• Target aura timers now remain stable in their configured position for the entire duration.
• Kept nameplate timers and other cooldown systems unchanged.
• No more Blizzard → GODMODE → Blizzard timer switching/flickering.
