Olympus Guild

The whole Olympus army in one window: every Olympus guild, their Lords and Captains, the map, decrees and a tabard inspection.
What's new
- Faster census on Forever: Forever names (first name and surname) were read wrong, so every addon took itself for another player. Each guild's report started up to 7 minutes late and the second, confirming report never came. Fixed: guilds fill right away, and the King gets confirmed.
- The Realm shows who's online: every guild lists its members online (your roster for your own guild, /who for the others). Opening a guild searches /who for it. Click a name to whisper, invite or /who them.
- Olympus however it's spelled: OLYMPVS, Olimpus, Olmps, Olympuz, Olimpo and the like count as Olympus guilds (Olympia and Olympic don't), and /who looks for them too.
- The Treasurer of Olympus: Pyralis Ashandar shows under the King, with a gold coin next to his name and in his tooltip.
- Report a bug straight to the author while he is online, from the Report a bug window.
- Asmond's layer line shows once a census report names him and none disputes it (a few minutes after login). "For Olympus!" invites on its own only when two reports confirm him.
- Author tools (the Workshop tab, his character only): versions per guild, a roll call on demand, "please update". What a roll call answers is listed in the README.
- Fixes: one tabard entry per player, tabs without gaps, the full list of a guild's members on a click.
