Okidoki Spell Overlay
Simple addon to adjusts the size of the "Spell Activation Overlay" (proc overlay).
It comes with an in-game slider to scale the overlay from OFF to 200% size, the example picture is 60% to make it a bit smaller and cleaner.
You will find the adjustment slider in the in-game addons menu -> "Okidoki Spell Overlay".
Can be adjusted in combat while you have a proc running to see which scale you want to use, on the fly.
Can be offset x/y but is already centered like intended by Blizzard, as default.
