Original native hover handlers retained and native cooldown update path preserved. Profiles, bindings, colors, opacity and bar positions retained. Local tests and198runtime hashes pass. Native menu/layout checks and actual Bloodrage60-second cooldown pass in fresh client; earlier session block remains unassigned, broader combat/vehicle coverage open.
