DOBE-Bars 1.3.28

Warcraft Touch update for WoW Forever 1.60.1.70450 / Interface 16001.

• Updated the menu, minimap and addon-list logo to the approved sculpted DOBE artwork, with a transparent background and original icon/click dimensions.
• Added /dl as a short command. Existing commands and subcommands remain supported.
• Existing layouts, profiles, import/export, colors, opacity and keybindings remain compatible.
• Matching Warcraft Touch menu materials, native control/font dimensions, nine themes and independent menu/artwork opacity.

The exact runtime passed its local behavior suite. All 198 source, archive and installed files have matching SHA256 hashes. The current live HUD image was captured with 1.3.28 loaded; earlier menu images are labeled as an earlier interface. This does not claim a fresh 1.3.28 menu/profile-transfer test or exhaustive class/combat/vehicle/raid acceptance.
