Fixes same-faction duel cooldown icons disappearing after losing target. Previously observed attackability is remembered by player GUID and cleared when the duel ends. Regression-tested against 0.3.0.

Includes 382 ability groups / 1,028 spell IDs, five visible FIFO cooldown icons with a +N queue, compact class-colored plates and PvE tank/threat colors.

For the original WoW 3.3.5a client / Interface 30300. Cooldowns are estimates; talents, glyphs and server changes can alter timing. Not every on-use item is included.
