Nova Trick or Treat Reminder

Gives a reminder when your alts can get a new trick or treat from innkeepers during Halloween. Once the hour cooldown is finished you will get a msg in chat and the middle of the screen that the character is ready to trick or treat again. You can also type /trickortreat (or just just /tot) to display a list of your alts cooldowns.
