Nova Spell Rank Checker

Checks your hotbar slots for low spell ranks and highlights them, just click the new button in spellbook to scan all your hotbars.
If you have Bartender, ElvUi, Dominos, or default UI hotbars it will highlight any low rank spells that you have a higher rank of learned, close spellbook when done to remove highlights.
For all types of UI it will also print the low rank spells to your chat window.
