Nova Don't Release

Very simple addon that blocks clicking release during a raid encounter so you don't miss the cooldowns reset when the fight ends. Hold shift to override.

Also adds a timer to popups when you get a res or bres so you know how long till the popup will disappear.

Don't install this if you already have my Nova Raid Companion addon, this feature is already built in.
