Tracks and displays all pending work orders you've placed with Nomi and lists them when you hover over the button in the class hall report.

Shows recipes obtained from sources other than Nomi
/nomi lists recipes you can currently learn from Nomi
Description
Displays how many recipes are learnable from each ingredient on Nomi's work order options, and how many of that ingredient you have in your inventory.
Also shows a tooltip containing which recipes can be learned, as well which ones you aren't qualified for in grey. If you can't learn a recipe, it means you don't know one of the recipes required to make it yet.
Typing /nomi or /nomicakes will output available recipes for each ingredient to the chat, which recipes you're missing from sources other than Nomi, and the reason you can't learn certain recipes.
Now modifies the Class Hall Report tooltip to display all pending work orders.
