NoInstanceToasts

Hide the notifications that pop up in PvE instances - every one of them on its own switch.

Four targets, each with three states (leave alone / hide in instances / hide everywhere):
- Toast popups: mounts, achievements, quest progress, resurrection point updates and more
- Boss kill banner: the loot list that slides into it is hidden as well
- Mythic+ completion banner
- Housing endeavor task-complete alert: this one is silenced too

Choose which scenes count as "in an instance": dungeons, raids, scenarios, delves.

Note: hiding a notification hides its visuals only, the sound still plays. The endeavor alert is the exception - banner and sound are both gone.
