No Text Shadow Patch + Focus cast QOL for EllesmereUI

A small plugin that let's you turn off the shadows for each EUI text element. Also includes some other minor QOL tweaks to EUI.

- Added the option to scale the LFG eye on the minimap (scaling is hidden in blizzard edit mode if EUI hides the micro menu)
